SHADONG EXPLOSION IN PETROCHEMICAL

The petrolchimical plant Rizhoo, in the province of Shadong blew up last july 17, officially for a technical incident.

The Chinese authorities have not reported to news agencies the circumstances that caused the explosion, nor declared anything about the victims or injured employees of the plant. It marks a significant lack of safety at work.

In fact, in China there is no legislation that protects applied industrial enterprises and workers, leaving the country in a critical bound to affect the social stability of many regions of China.

The protests, in fact, they multiply and the scheme will fail to silence for much movement of opinion calling for clear rules on hygiene and safety in the workplace.
